Meet our staff.  Wyatt Henderson - Managing Partner Wyatt is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. Wyatt oversees the operations of this full-service public accounting firm. He is an expert in financial analysis, tax planning and preparation, business consulting, litigation support, asset division and management advisory services. Wyatt is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, S.C. Association of Certified Public Accountants, South Carolina Tax Council and Institute of Divorce Financial Analyst. Wyatt takes part in continuing education in excess of 60 hours per year. Wyatt is responsible for overseeing client services for all business and individual clients, and supervises a staff of directors, senior accountants, bookkeepers, auditors and support staff. >Click here for Wyatt's full resume  Wendy Henderson Rothermel - Director Wendy has over fifteen years of experience in public accounting. Before starting Henderson Accounting with her brother Wyatt in November 2000, she was a Senior Accountant with a large accounting firm in Charleston, SC. Wendy's area of specialty includes a variety of clients ranging from construction to healthcare. She is responsible for all payroll related issues for all clients. She specializes in individual, partnership and corporate income tax returns. Wendy works closely with clients to reduce taxes and take full advantage of credits, deductions and accounting methods. She performs and supervises corporate, partnership, and individual income tax consulting and compliance work. She is a 1992 graduate from the College of Charleston with a BS in Accounting and a BS in Business Administration. Wendy is also a member of AICPA. Sherry Smith - Payroll Specialist, Accountant & Individual Tax Preparer Sherry comes to Henderson Accounting with 12 years experience in corporate benefits, with knowledge of payroll and bookkeeping from Ryan’s Restaurant Group. After leaving Ryan’s Restaurant Group she joined Henderson Accounting and has been with us for 4 years. Her roles include office manager, administrative support, payroll specialist, and bookkeeping. She prepares sales tax, quarterly taxes and monthly taxes for numerous clients. She also prepares income taxes and does light accounting work and works closely with clients on multiple accounts. Lisa Brewton - Accountant and Payroll Specialist Lisa is an accountant and payroll specialist. She began working with Henderson Accounting in 2006. As a bookkeeper, she has built strong business relationships with a number of clients who count on her for payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other day to day financial operations. Lisa's previous experience includes more than 4 years of bookkeeping in the construction industry. Lisa lives in Greer with her husband and son. Donna Wood - Senior Accountant & Divorce Litigation Specialist Donna is a 1995 Graduate of USC Spartanburg with a BA in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. She worked for six years in purchasing and general accounting before starting a family. Donna has two sons, Parker age 7 and Dylan age 4,and a husband Eric. In 2006 she joined Henderson Accounting to help with tax season. Since then she has done bookkeeping for construction clients, and now does accounting for a manufacturer/reseller in Greer.
